Planned to see Geelong major attractions and it was ideal place for visiting all of them. Right by the downtown, 10 minutes on foot.

We enjoyed the breakfast. Room met required needs. It was definitely 4 stars for us. Hotel is a good home base for a weekend in Geelong.
